He is author of If Your Money Talked, What Secrets Would It Tell, The American Dream Revisited and the new book, How To Retire And Not Die. Gary Sirak learned a lot of lessons growing up, but the most important life lesson he learned was from his Dad. It was a fall day and he was upset about a pivotal point in his career, Gary's dad said to him, "Gary, the reason you didn't get the sale is that you wanted it more than he did. And he knew it. You've got to be the one in the room who wants to help people." And that's the reason Gary started writing books. To honor what he learned from his dad in 1981 on that dreary fall day – the best advice he's ever been given – "Be the one in the room who wants to help people."
