Kita Szpak published her first children’s book “You’re Special Wherever You Are” at the end of 2009. Having already begun her research into the subject of happiness, Kita co-authored “Tipping Point to Happiness” in 2010, “The SIMPLE Life: Shiny Objects not Required” in 2014, and “Developing Happy and Successful Students” for The New York Academy of Public Education in 2015. Presently, Kita writes her Gentle Messages as well as her Happiness Road Tour mini blogs weekly; is an in-house happiness expert on Jim Blasingame’s; and is a contributing writer for Parenting Times Magazine. An avid runner, Kita has run Boston.
